Hallelujah! Yesterday, I watched the thermometer crept up over the 70’s. That was so nice! And I think I am being bit by early spring fever bugs. Went to Lowes and Star Nursery last Sunday and bought all kinds of seedlings, strawberries, arugula, tomatoes, peppers, tat-choi, just to name a few. So I filled up the rest of my open pockets in the outdoor Mama Garden Tower where the eggplant and the basil didn’t make it. Completed making my strawberry Baby Stacked Garden, posted it on line, and even got a few requests by people who wants to buy one. So with the help of my son, I am trying to find out if there are enough interest in there for me to really look into serious production of them. My first Baby Stacked Garden prototype went to my best friend as a gift, and I have yet to make a gardener out of her! Gardening is infecious, so beware! Also made two self-watering home for my marble cranberry bean seedlings that were going crazy. I kept them indoors on the floor near my no.2 GT2, and they were sending tentacles up and wrapping them around my poor salad greens, terrorizing them to no end. So I carefully untangle them and transplanted them into the self water watering pot, complete with a trellis for them to climb. They are suffering from a little bit of transplant shock, but I think they will recover.
Signs of Spring!
