Yeepee!!! I have four Meyer Lemon Tree. I know, I know, they are still babies, but I am so excited that I was able to start some lemon tree seedlings straight from the seeds! It took 2 months of constant watering and watching and looking but nothing, and then wham! Four! My patience paid off.
I was told that I have to plant the seeds straight from the lemon while they are still wet, and that’s what I did. Sometime ago my friend gave me some lemons from her neighbor’s lemon tree. I made a lemon/honey/tumerac/ginger drink for myself everyday, and then toss all the seeds straight into the pot, and covered them with some soil. Did not know if anything would come out of it. So happy it did!
