This summer hot temperature of almost seventy days of three digits temperature has been so hard on my GT2s. The only thing that are surviving are my kale, rainbow chard, marigold, egg plants, peppers veggie-wise. Herbs are doing good though as they are in a partial shady area. So today, I decided to harvest all my kale and make some kale chips. Here are the pictures. They tasted pretty awesome! My husband, who normally hates eating kale, ate 2/3 of the total amount I made. I am going to plant more kale from now on.
