Tonight’s homegrown organic salad … so pretty … consisting of romaine lettuce, red lettuce, arugula, curly kale, white flowering kale, tomatoes and pretty nasturtium flowers. All from the GT2 tower, except the tomatoes. Too cold for tomatoes yet.
