Ingredients:<\/p>\n
– Dried banana peels\u00a0 (Preferably organic banana peels<\/p>\n
– Used and dried eggshells<\/p>\n
– Used Coffee Grounds<\/p>\n
Make sure Banana peels are dried enough.\u00a0 Also, dry used eggshells in microwave for a minute or so to dehydrate that.\u00a0 Also, coffee ground should be dried too.<\/p>\n
Combine all ingredient in a blender and dry blend them to powder.\u00a0 You can just just sprinkle the mixed up powder around your plants, or you can put a few spoonfuls in your watering can,\u00a0 add a teaspoon of Epsom salt, and water the plants with the mixture.\u00a0 Most plants love it.\u00a0 The eggshell provides the needed calcium, banana peels is full of potassium and other nutrients, and coffee grounds supply nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium\u00a0 and other minerals that support plant growth, especially leafy vegetables like spinach, kales, bok-chou etc. and hungry fruiting veg, like tomatoes and squash, early in their growth.\u00a0 Decomposing coffee grounds have their own fungal and mold colonies and those fungal colonies tend to fight off other<\/i> fungal colonies and\u00a0 appear to suppress some common fungal rots and wilts, including Fusarium, Pythium, and Sclerotinia species according to some research.\u00a0 \u00a0 Or, you could feed all of the stuff to the worms in the tube if you feel lazy, and use the compost tea.\u00a0 I do both.<\/p>\n
